When you have time to think about things.. things that have been on your mind means you had time to get over the situation and time to move on and just acknowledge what has happend think everything will only get better.
There are times again you would think about only the happy things that have happend and yet to be swamped by the unhappiness it has brought, was it worth it. Be thankful for ANY good times youve had over the years .. This type of gratitude brings more good into your life.
